that! What if I want to pick up an
item in-store?
Great! We’d be happy to
see you! Simply shop our site like normal and when you get to the
checkout page, select In-Store Pickup as your delivery method. Then
select which location you would prefer to retrieve your item from and
complete the checkout process. We’ll get everything ready for you
and send you an email when your item is ready to be picked up. Please note: We value your time! So please make sure you receive a confirmation email indicating your order is ready for pickup. In-stock items are typically ready for pickup within 24 to 48 hours. If you have any questions as to the status of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email or give us a call at 800.544.ROCK. What if I can’t find the item

No problem. Simply call us
toll free at 1-800-544-ROCK, and tell us what you had in mind. If you don’t see something online, that doesn’t mean we don’t have it. With 10 retail locations housing millions of dollars worth of inventory we can get just about anything you want. Looking for that hard to find or obscure item? We’ll be happy to special order almost anything no matter how big or small and can also answer any questions
you might have about the product. If you’d like to make an after
hours order (regular hours are: Mon.-Fri. 9am-5pm EST), you can call

Is it safe to use my credit card
online?
We’ve made SURE of it.
Check the bottom right corner of your browser during the checkout
process and see the little padlock icon. Plus, you can see our
GoDaddy Security badge on the bottom right of the page as well;
always working for you. If you’re still concerned, no problem, we
offer you alternate checkout options like PayPal to make sure that you feel safe when ordering with us.
When will my order be processed?
All orders placed by 3pm on
weekdays are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or on
weekends are processed the next business day. (Holidays excluded).
Will I be charged sales tax on
my order?
No! But... George’s Music
is required by law to charge sales tax in the states of Pennsylvania
and Florida. So if you’re in either of those states, you will be
charged the applicable sales tax.
How do I redeem a discount code I received when checking out on your site?
In general, it is entered into the field at the credit card step called "Discount Code". For detailed instructions, please Click Here.
What if I have a problem with
the site or placing an order?
Oh no! We work hard to make
sure that the site is always functioning correctly to give you the
easiest of shopping experiences. If you encounter a problem during
