Order Online

Visit us at www.GeorgesMusic.com to order online at anytime day or night! Almost every product we normally sell in our stores is available to order online from the convenience of your own home. By ordering online, you are backed by the same policies that apply in our store such as our satisfaction guarantee and service plus policies! Also, our server is encrypted and secure. When you place an order, your personal information is transmitted to us through encrypted technology and your information is safe with us.

Order by Phone

To place an order with George's Music by phone, call our Toll-Free number at 1-800-544-7625. If you call during normal business hours, you will be connected immediately to a live person who is ready to assist you with your purchase. That's right, no waiting and no automated answering service!

Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am - 5 pm.

Order in the Store

See something online but it is not in your local store? Don't want to use a credit card online? No problem! You may stop into any of our store locations to place an order through our online system and it will be processed much the same as placing it with a credit card over the phone. Your sales associate will assist you through the process in the store.

Order by Live Chat

Looking for additional information on a product or help in placing your order? We can assist you through our Live Chat system! The operators on the live chat system are real people and musicians that work for our company and they are not outsourced agents! Our chat service is open during our normal operating hours: Monday-Friday from 9 am - 5 pm.

Accepted Payment Methods

We offer many payment options to make your purchase

Currently, you may use Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards through our online system. In addition, we offer alternative payment methods such as PayPal, Google Checkout and George's Music Gift Cards.

In our store locations, you may also use the above payment methods along with cash or personal checks.

If you wish to use a money order, Western Union or a certified check, please contact your store location first for more information.

In our store locations, we also offer Musician's Express financing through GE Money. Note: We cannot take GE Money sales or applications over the phone or online. You must be physically present to take advantage of this service.

Lastly, we offer 2 month Layaway plans with as little as 10% down in our store locations only. Contact your local store for additional details!

Sales Tax Policy

No Sales Tax outside PA and FL

Due to the fact that we have store locations in Pennsylvania and Florida, we must collect sales tax from purchases made and being shipped to those states.
