Cancelling or Changing Orders

Need to cancel or change an order?

While we hope you do not have to cancel your order, we understand that sometimes things happen that require a cancellation or change. The most efficient way to cancel an order is to call us during normal business hours at 1-800-544-7625. It is important to cancel the order prior to shipment if at all possible to avoid possible shipping intercept fees or delays. We typically turn orders around in under 24 hours for in-stock items. Institutional/Non-Profit Orders

Church, School or Government Organization Orders

If you are looking to purchase for a Church, School or Government Organization, we can process a tax-exempt sale with proper TAX ID information on file. A copy of the tax id form will need to be on file and will need to be faxed to your local store or online. Please call your local store for more information.

At this time, we can only accept purchase orders for in-store purchases. All purchase orders are subject to verification and approval. For more information, call your local store.

All of our store locations have financing options available which allows you to play now and pay later! You may only apply for financing in our store locations in person. Applications cannot be taken over the phone or completed online.
