Free Shipping Details:

• Our Free shipping offer is available in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or internatonal addresses do not qualify.
• Oversized/overweight products do not qualify for FREE Shipping. A fee will automatically be assessed in the shopping cart for these products.
• Free shipping does not apply to special orders.
• Free Shipping will be processed by UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Delivery Times

FAST and Reliable Delivery Times!

Due to the strategic placement of warehouses we utilize in various areas in the U.S., our regular ground (or economy shipping service) delivery times average between 1-3 business days (but could take up to 5-7 depending on your location) which means if you order from us, you are sure to receive your order fast!

We offer the following shipping upgrades:

2nd Day Air (2-3 business days) - Orders placed before 3:00PM EST will ship the same day and arrive two (2) business days later.

Overnight (1-2 business days) - Orders placed before 3:00PM EST will ship the same business day and arrive the next business day to your destination.

International Shipping Policy

We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship international orders at this time.

Fender and FMIC items and products are only sold and shipped to customers residing in the United States.

If you reside in any of the areas below and are interested in ordering from our site, please call us at 1-800-544-7625 to see if you are eligible for shipment.

• US Military Addresses (i.e. APO and FPO addresses)

APO/FPO Shipping Information

Have an APO or FPO address?

We appreciate our military men and women serving over seas and want to accomodate your musical needs. If you wish to make a purchase using an APO or FPO address, please call our sales department for eligibility at 1-800-544-7625. In most cases, we can accomodate shipment to these locations but we will need to get additional information from you to process your order. Our shopping cart is not currentlly configured to accept APO and FPO address formats.

Store Pickup Information

Store Pickup Orders are as easy as 1-2-3!

If you live near one of our store locations and would like to purchase an item online and reserve it for store pickup, you may do so through our shopping cart system.

Step 1: Simply choose the product(s) you wish to pickup at a store location and add them to your cart.

Step 2: Proceed to checkout and fill in your Billing/Shipping address and continue to payment.

Step 3: Enter payment information and choose your nearest store location from the drop-down menu provided on the checkout page.

The Store Pickup Process Explained and What to Expect

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation of the order. If the product is IN STOCK at your store location, you will be notified via e-mail when it is ready to be picked up. Sometimes, this can take up to 24 hours but is typically relatively quick if the order is placed before 3:00PM EST Monday-Friday.

In some cases, the product may NOT be in stock at your chosen location. When this occurs, our purchasing team will coordinate the delivery of the product to your chosen location. This can sometimes mean that your order will have to drop ship from the manufacturer or transfer from another store location which can take between 1-7 business days or longer.
