Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At George's Music, we're not satisfied unless you are. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in original condition within 30 days* (on most products) and we'll gladly exchange it or give you a full refund.** Simply return your purchase to any George's Music location or use our online return form. Please make sure you retain your receipt, manual(s), blank warranty card, and all original packaging for exchange or refund.

"All original packaging" includes cables, power adapters, manuals, blank warranty cards, UPC codes, etc. as well as the actual packaging.

* Restrictions: There is a 14 day return period and 15% restocking fee on open-box returns within the following product categories:

• Recording Devices - multitrack and mixdown
• Rackmount signal processors
• Pro workstations and keyboards
• Studio monitors
• DJ mixers, turntables, and CD players
• Fog machines and lighting effects

** All credit card refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Cash refunds in excess of $100 (in-store only), and all refunds for items paid by check (in-store only) will be issued from our company headquarters in the form of a check that will be mailed within 5-7 business days. For merchandise purchased with a gift card as the sole payment method, we will refund the balance due in the form of a new gift card.

Price Protection Policy

If at any time within 30 days of your purchase, you should find the identical item advertised by a local, authorized dealer at a lower price, just bring in the ad (or contact our sales department if you purchased online) along with your receipt and we will gladly refund the difference. This does not apply to verbal quotes, free offers, or "B" Stock or reconditioned/clearance merchandise. Certain restrictions may apply.
