DESCRIPTION
The Blackstar Debut 100R 1x12 combo amplifier delivers professional tone in an intuitive package. Designed for pedal players, the Debut 100R's discrete MOSFET preamp reacts to your effects chain like a traditional tube amp to provide a natural valve-like response. The patented ISF tone control offers ultimate sound customization so you can shape your tone from classic American to British. With 100W of power, this lightweight amp can handle anything from bedroom jams to club gigs.
Authentic Valve-Like Response Blackstar's exclusive discrete MOSFET analog preamp circuit recreates the natural compression and saturation of traditional tube amps. This responsive design means the Debut 100R interacts with your guitar and pedals as if it were an all-tube amp, allowing you to shape tone with subtlety and nuance. The result is an organic, fluid quality that inspires creativity. Powerful yet Versatile With 100W of power, the Debut 100R provides ample volume for gigging and band rehearsals. For quiet practice or studio work, you can lower the wattage to just 5W. The amp's clean channel provides a perfect pedal platform with high headroom and shimmering highs. Switch to the overdrive channel for rich harmonic overtones and sustain inspired by Blackstar's high-end tube amps. Shape Your Tone The Debut 100R's patented ISF control is a revolutionary feature that lets you shift between American and British voicings for a range of classic rock tones. Roll the ISF knob to the left for crisp trebles and loose lows of British amps. Roll it right for the tight bass and open mids of American amps. Combined with the amp's EQ knobs, you have ultimate tonal flexibility. Reverb and Power Control The Debut 100R's digital reverb offers studio-quality spring and hall-style reverbs to suit any musical style. Adjust the reverb level to your liking, from subtle enhancement to washy, atmospheric effects. A power reduction control lets you drop wattage down to 5W, perfect for recording or practice at lower volumes while retaining the Debut 100R's dynamic, expressive tone. Built for Pedals and Effects The Debut 100R's series effects loop and footswitchable channels make it an ideal pedal platform. Connect modulation, delay and reverb pedals to the loop for lush soundscapes. Switch between the clean and overdrive channels with an optional footswitch to easily transition from sparkling cleans to smooth overdrive. The emulated line out also lets you record directly into your audio interface. Features for Practice and Performance This gig-ready amp includes everything you need for practice, recording and live playing. It has a line output with cabinet emulation for silent practice and direct recording, as well as a series effects loop for integrating your pedalboard. The Blackstar Debut 100R 1x12 combo also has a headphone output with stereo playback of line-level sources. Power reduction down to 5W means you can crank the amp at lower volumes. Vintage-inspired styling and a durable build make this an amp you'll enjoy using for years to come.
