I've had for 2 years. This is the best stand I have encountered. The padding protects your guitar from scuffing, and the locking system prevents the accidental knocking over that happens whenever kids or pets are tearing around. Works well for acoustic or electric.

First of all, I love your guitar stands. I own three and can use more. I had the same issue I've read throughout the web of the plastic parts gumming up and becoming sticky and literally falling apart without warning. I contacted George's Music by email where I bought all of them and was promptly greeted with courtesy and direction. The course of action was to send all the information to Hercules themselves and include pictures and purchase receipt. I had the same, courteous response from Hercules and a replacement shipping order within an hour of first contact. THANK YOU Jason Booth General Manager!!!!
