Our No Hassle Return Policy

Returns at George's Music are simple!

We realize that from time to time you may purchase something that you are not satisfied with. That is not a problem. You have 30 days to decide whether your purchase is right for you. You may return your product for a refund, in-house credit, or exchange.

How to Make a Return

  1. Return your item to your local store location.
  2. Call 1-800-544-7625 Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM EST, or contact us via email to arrange a return.

Defective Products & Repairs

Defective Merchandise

In rare cases, a product may have a manufacturing defect. All new products include a manufacturer's warranty, and we will assist with repairs. Restrictions may apply based on manufacturer policies.

If your item is defective within 30 days, contact us to arrange a return for a full refund or exchange. In some cases, a shipping concession may apply—please contact us to confirm eligibility.

Please keep your order number, invoice, or original receipt. While records are kept on file, having your documentation will speed up the process.

Repairs (Warranty and Non-Warranty)

Non-Returnable Items

Items exempt from our return policy

Due to certain restrictions, some items cannot be returned.

The following items are returnable only if defective or unopened/unused: strings, reeds, software/soundware, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, microphones, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, DVDs, videos, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths.

DVDs and videos may be returned for credit only if sealed. If defective, these items may only be exchanged for the same product.
