Great! We’d be happy to see you! Simply shop our site like normal and when you get to the checkout page, select In-Store Pickup as your delivery method. Then select which location you would prefer to retrieve your item from and complete the checkout process. We’ll get everything ready for you and send you an email when your item is ready to be picked up. Please note: We value your time! So please make sure you receive a confirmation email indicating your order is ready for pickup. In-stock items are typically ready for pickup within 24 to 48 hours. If you have any questions as to the status of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email or give us a call at 800.544.ROCK.

No problem. Simply call us toll free at 1-800-544-ROCK, and tell us what you had in mind. If you don’t see something online, that doesn’t mean we don’t have it. With 7 retail locations housing millions of dollars worth of inventory we can get just about anything you want. Looking for that hard to find or obscure item? We’ll be happy to special order almost anything no matter how big or small and can also answer any questions you might have about the product. All orders placed by 3pm on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends are processed the next business day. (Holidays excluded).

No! But... George’s Music is required to charge sales tax in the states of California, Pennsylvania and Florida. So if you’re in those states, you will be charged the applicable sales tax.
