The new Genesis Collection reissue has kept the classic design in mind but updated it with some modern touches. The one-piece maple neck has been replaced with a sturdy 5-piece laminated maple/walnut one, and its versatile HSH pickup configuration is now equipped with modern V7 and V8 humbuckers. Its comfortable, contoured basswood body resonates with a warm growl, delivering midrange definition that lets your sound cut through a dense mix.
