George's Music in Spring City, PA offers private, in-person music lessons for all ages — guitar, bass, drums, piano, voice, ukulele, and a broad range of orchestra and concert-band instruments. This is where George's began: the Spring City store opened in 1977, the original location the whole company grew from. It's also where Karen Schodle now teaches, after over 30 years leading music in the Spring-Ford schools; she covers violin, viola, cello, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, and more, so a student can start almost any orchestra or band instrument here. The store holds 4.9 stars across Google reviews. Families drive in from Royersford, Phoenixville, Collegeville, Limerick, and Pottstown.

More than lessons

When you're ready to play alongside other people, the Rock Stars Band Program puts students in a real band: you pick the setlist, rehearse across a season, and finish with a live show. It starts at $399. Separately, our private-lesson students get their own chance to perform: a few times a year we host in-store showcases where a student plays a piece they've prepared with their teacher.
