Satisfaction Guarantee
At George's Music, we're not satisfied unless you are. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it in original condition within 30 days (on most products) for an exchange or full refund. You may return your purchase to any store location or use our online return form.
Please retain your receipt, manuals, blank warranty cards, and all original packaging. This includes cables, power adapters, UPC codes, and all included materials.
Return Restrictions
The following categories have a 14-day return window and a 15% restocking fee on open-box returns:

- Rackmount signal processors

- Fog machines and lighting effects
All credit card refunds are issued to the original card. Cash refunds over $100 (in-store only), and check payments (in-store only), are refunded via mailed company check within 5–7 business days. Gift card purchases are refunded as a new gift card.
Price Protection Policy
If within 30 days of your purchase you find the identical item advertised by a local authorized dealer at a lower price, bring in the ad (or contact us for online purchases) along with your receipt and we will refund the difference.
