Crafted for the southpaw, the JS Series Dinky Arch Top JS22 DKA LH pairs a poplar body with an arched top, a bolt-on maple speed neck with graphite reinforcement, and a bound 12"-16" compound-radius amaranth fingerboard loaded with 24 jumbo frets and pearloid sharkfin inlays. The compound radius is rounder at the nut for comfortable chording and flattens toward the upper register so bends ring out instead of choking.
A pair of Jackson high-output humbucking pickups with ceramic magnets delivers clear tone with plenty of girth, painstakingly voiced for full, rich sound with maximum overdrive and sustain. A three-way blade switch plus single volume and tone controls keep the layout simple and fast.
Finished in Gloss Black with all-black hardware, the JS22 DKA LH includes a 2-point synchronized fulcrum tremolo, standard strap buttons and Jackson sealed die-cast tuners. The scarf-joint construction creates an angled back headstock that increases tension behind the nut, eliminating the need for string trees or retainer bars.
