Stringjoy Flyers Flatwound Stainless Electric Guitar Strings - Balanced Light Gauge

Stringjoy Flyers are built around a simple idea: old-school tone without compromise. Through years of obsessive design and meticulous real-world testing, Stringjoy dialed in a flatwound that keeps everything players love about the format — the silky-smooth feel and warm, round tone — while adding the clarity, balance, and real versatility that flatwounds are often missing.

The result is a string that works far beyond the jazz box. Clean or driven, traditional or totally out there, Flyers keep a full, articulate voice that stays defined across genres. They feel fast under your fingers, sit perfectly in a mix, and respond evenly from string to string thanks to Stringjoy's tried-and-true balanced tension approach.

This Balanced Light set covers .010 - .0135 - .018w - .026 - .036 - .048, a gauge spread that'll feel immediately familiar to most electric players. Flyers are offered in four sets total, including a purist-preferred 12-52 and a shredder-friendly 9-42. Every Flyers string is wound, inspected, and packaged in Nashville by guitar-loving string techs dedicated to making the finest strings possible.
